On October 29, 2023, KHEI hosted an extraordinary Science Colloquium, featuring the esteemed Chief Guest, Prof. H. C. Verma, a Padma Shree awardee and former Principal of IIT Kanpur. This colloquium was graced by the presence of other prominent figures in the field of education, science, and research which include Mr. Tariq Ahmad Baktoo (Chairman KHEI), Mr Khursheed Ahmad (Sr. Lecturer in Physics and Program Coordinator, JKSCN), Mr Khursheed Alam (Sr. Lecturer in Chemistry and Coordinator, Baramulla).
