Department of Physical Education & Sports KHEI conducted fitness week within the campus and organized a colorful programme in which many fitness modules were showcased by the students of the school.

This programme was followed by trekking to paragliding point in which a good number of students took part. The objective of the programme was to improve fitness, reduce stress and to improve cardiovascular strength.
